Where Vincent works

One agent.
Multiple jobs, and counting.

Vincent is a general-purpose agent — the same reasoning engine, pointed at whatever your operation needs watched, automated or answered. Each use case starts as a small, fixed-scope pilot on your own systems.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Vincent

Can Vincent run entirely on our own servers?

Yes. That is one of the four hosting models: your agent and your processing backend, entirely on your infrastructure. No data — logs included — ever leaves your walls.

How long does a pilot take?

A fixed-scope pilot covers one use case and usually closes within a few weeks. The point is to prove it on your real data before you commit to a wider rollout.

Does the agent act without human oversight?

Not by default. Vincent works with a human in the loop — it proposes and executes steps, while decisions with irreversible consequences stay with you. The degree of autonomy is agreed per process.

Which systems does it connect to?

The ones you already run — databases, warehouses, ERP and CRM systems, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ticketing systems and any API. For systems without an API we build a connector.

How do we start?

With a scoping call to pick one high-value use case and settle the hosting model. A fixed-price pilot follows.

Which one do we start with?

Point me at one use case — I'll come back with a fixed-scope pilot on your systems. I respond personally within one business day.
